Every sewer line is different, but trenchless projects tend to follow a similar arc. Here's what you can reasonably expect — described in plain terms.
Project steps
Assessment & camera inspection
A camera inspection identifies the pipe material, the extent of damage, and whether trenchless methods are viable. This step determines the right approach — bursting, lining, or replacement.
Access planning
Trenchless work requires small entry and exit points rather than a continuous trench. We plan those locations to minimize impact on your property and landscaping.
Repair or replacement
Depending on the diagnosis, we either rehabilitate the existing pipe with a structural liner or pull a new pipe through the old path using pipe bursting. The exact method depends on pipe condition, material, and site factors.
Verification & cleanup
After the work is complete, a final camera inspection verifies the result. Access pits are backfilled, and the site is restored as closely as possible to its original condition.
